£37.50 per hour (Umbrella rate Inside IR35)
Job Purpose
We are currently looking to recruit for a Site Manager for an initial 3 month contract role. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction sites ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders managing site personnel and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient and effective site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of construction sites ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with project managers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage site personnel including subcontractors and laborers to ensure productivity and quality.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations industry standards and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of site activities and progress.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
Support the continuous improvement of site management processes and tools.
