Location: Durham
Pay Rate: £16.25 - £16.50 per hour (Umbrella payment)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30

Role Overview
PSR are recruiting for a committed and hardworking Labourer to join a school construction project based in Durham. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work, good site conditions, and the chance to work with an experienced site team.
As a Site Labourer, you will be a key part of the project, supporting trades and site management to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, and looking for stable work within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting tradespeople on site with general duties
Carrying out site preparation and maintaining cleanliness of work areas
Moving materials and equipment safely around site
Ensuring walkways and working areas are clear of hazards
Following instructions from site management and supervisors
Adhering strictly to health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
Valid CSCS card (essential for site access)
Previous site labouring experience preferred but not essential
Good understanding of health and safety on construction sites
Hardworking, punctual, and reliable
Ability to work as part of a team and take direction effectively
