About the Role
Sytner Harold Wood have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive, with a permanent role and a base salary of £20,000 plus achievable commission. As a Sales Executive, you will be the key point of contact for customers during the journey to buying a new car, ensuring first-class service and a positive customer experience. The role may include weekend work to provide the highest levels of service.
On top of salary and an achievable OTE of £52,500, you will receive a company car and benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family, as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.
You will communicate with customers to understand their needs and support them through their car-buying journey.
About You
You will have good interpersonal skills, enjoy engaging with customers face-to-face, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A full and valid UK driving licence will be of benefit. You may be asked to attend an assessment centre; details will be provided after the role closes.
