HR Manager\n\n Location: Cardiff | Salary: £50,000–£55,000 (DOE)\n Working Pattern: Hybrid & Flexible Working Available\n Contract: Full-Time, Permanent\n Benefits: Enhanced Benefits Package + Beautiful Facilities\n\nHoop Professional Services & HR are thrilled to be partnering with one of our valued clients in their search for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an operationally focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and is passionate about delivering high service standards and driving continuous improvement across all areas of HR.\n\nAs the HR Manager, you will take the lead on the day-to-day operations of the HR function, ensuring processes, systems, and compliance measures are executed seamlessly and efficiently. You will act as a central pillar within the HR team, supporting the delivery of a robust, people-centred HR service.\n\nReporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping the HR agenda, supporting the development of your team, and leading on exciting people projects – including the implementation of a new HR system.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\nLead and manage all daily HR operations, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with policies and legislation.\nMaintain and continuously improve HR systems, processes, and reporting frameworks.\nOversee and support the HR team, fostering a collaborative and empowering culture focused on development and performance.\nAct as a trusted partner to senior leaders, contributing to the broader people strategy and operational delivery.\nDeliver accurate and timely HR reporting, ensuring governance and data integrity across the function.\nPlay a key role in the implementation and embedding of a new HR system.\nMaintain a hands-on approach to ensure service excellence across all HR touchpoints.What Looks Like in This Role\n\nProven experience managing operational HR functions with a strong focus on compliance, governance, and service delivery.\nA detail-oriented approach with strong organisational and reporting skills.\nA supportive leadership style with experience managing and developing a successful HR team.\nAbility to balance strategic priorities with hands-on operational demands.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a fair and consistent approach.\nA genuine passion for HR and a commitment to high standards and continuous improvement.\nCIPD qualifications are desirable, but not essential – practical, demonstrable experience is key.You’ll be joining a values-led organisation where HR is truly embedded into the fabric of the business.
