Your new company Hays is partnering with a large public services organisation based in North Belfast to recruit a Higher Clerical Officer on a temporary ongoing basis.
Your new role
Provide a comprehensive daily administrative service at all times
Ensure files, documents and paperwork are prepared in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain databases on a daily basis.
Typing of correspondence, minutes, letters, memos and confidential reports
Make and receive telephone calls and take appropriate action.
Receive telephone calls, enquiries and co-ordinate information in an efficient, courteous and friendly manner.
Make full use of the I.T. systems available to provide work of a consistently high standard.
Perform data entry as required.
What you'll need to succeed
4 GCSEs including English Language OR NVQ Level 2 in Administration and 1 year clerical experience OR 2 years' clerical experience
OCR Stage 2 Text Processing or Word-processing/Typing OR Word-processing experience
Ability to work on your own initiative, under pressure, to organise and prioritise
What you'll get in return
