Their product enables companies to build rich multiplayer drawing, diagramming and infinite canvas experiences directly into their own applications, with customers including major global tech brands.
The business has raised over $10m in Series A funding and is scaling rapidly following strong developer adoption and product growth.
They’re now looking for a Backend & Infrastructure Engineer to join their product-focused engineering team in London.
This is a highly hands-on role focused around backend systems, infrastructure, release engineering and developer tooling. You’ll work across production backend services, CI/CD, observability, deployment infrastructure and platform reliability, helping improve how the company ships and scales its products.
The environment is very engineering-led and suited to someone who enjoys ownership, pragmatism and solving complex technical problems in a fast-moving startup environment.
Tech stack includes:
* TypeScript / Node.js
* Infrastructure & DevOps
* CI/CD / monitoring / observability
* Backend systems design
* Real-time / collaborative product infrastructure
Ideal background:
* Strong production backend/infrastructure engineering experience
* Experience improving release quality, reliability and developer experience
* Startup or scale-up experience preferred
* Product-minded engineer comfortable working cross-functionally
* Experience with collaborative systems, SDKs or developer tooling is a bonus
