Highly acclaimed and leading US Law Firm is seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their growing London office and play pivotal role in leading the firms HR initiatives whilst supporting the Head of HR.

The Senior HR Manager will coordinate the Firm’s policies, performance management and ensure all employees perform at the optimum level – all whilst working very closely with the Head of HR. This role will ensure the global ethos and policies are adhered to at very highest standard.
Senior HR Manager duties will include:
* Facilitating effective working relationships across the Firm’s business sectors and departments
* Working collaboratively with senior members of staff to ensure cohesion
* Developing and maintaining the optimal HR, Operations policies, processes and procedures
* Providing strategic and operational support
* Assisting the Head of HR with all compensation, salary and bonuses on an annual basis
* Running with the performance review processes
HR Specialist desired experience :
* CIPD highly desirable
* Degree education preferred
* 5 years+ HR management experience (ideally in a Law Firm)
* Knowledge of HR Systems (e.g. Workday) and other office software
* Proven experience of managing employees
