Role
Join our growing team as we build excellence within our UK Defence portfolio. As a Site Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring projects are safely delivered on time and to budget, while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. We're establishing a new collaborative team to deliver multiple projects within a secure facility, with a strong focus on detail. Our initial projects have an M&E bias, so knowledge in this area would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
* Managing site activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality
* Maintaining comprehensive site records and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
* Building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders while liaising with client SMEs to ensure compliance
* Supporting the procurement functions in the selection of sub-contractors and providing performance feedback
* Nurturing and developing your team to create an inclusive workplace
Qualifications
* You have previous Site Management experience with a proven track record in successfully managing projects
* You're collaborative and enjoy building relationships with colleagues and clients
* You possess excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
* You're comfortable working in a secure environment (SC Clearance level preferable, though we can arrange for clearances)
* You hold a full driving licence and are a UK/British Passport holder
