I am currently on the lookout for a Civils Site Manager with a strong civils background to work on BESS (Battery Storage Projects) based in and around the County Tyrone and Northern Ireland area for a leading Tier 1 contractor.
You will be representing the Project Manager and take ownership of everything from pre-mobilisation to commissioning and demobilisation.
The Role:
• Get involved early – help shape programmes, schedules, and site setups.
• Keep productivity high and problems low.
• Chair meetings, manage subcontractors, and make sure everyone’s where they need to be.
• Drive safety culture – toolbox talks and audits
• Deliver quality – zero snags is the goal.
• Own the close-out processes

Ideal Candidate:
• A civil engineer who knows what it takes to run a site – not just read drawings, but lead people and make decisions.
• Someone who’s managed CSA works on major projects and has a the industry background
• A leader who can coordinate trades, solve problems fast, and keep things moving

• 5 year worth of projects
• £5mil civils project
