Academic Excellence Executive Assistant Role: Academic Excellence Executive Assistant Department: Faculty of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences – School of Applied Social and Policy Sciences Grade: 5 (£28,778 - £32,097 pro rata) Responsible to: School Administrative Officer Campus: Belfast (Permanent / Part-Time - 18.25hrs Monday-Wednesday) Job Purpose: As a key member of the School/Faculty Team, the role will support Academic Excellence in its broadest sense, as directed by the pressures/demands of the schools and faculties, at varying periods throughout the academic year/REF/TEF cycle. The role holder will provide a comprehensive and professional support service to the Faculty/School leadership teams. The role holder will be involved in undertaking project work, analysis and research under three broad headings: - Research, Teaching and Placement Support. However, while the main focus may be on one of these work streams, the focus may change according to the stage in the academic cycle e.g. REF/TEF preparation.
