Do you have a passion for supporting young people with additional needs and helping them thrive both in and out of the classroom?
We are working with a specialist school in Canterbury that supports students with Autism (ASC) and ADHD, and they are looking for a dedicated Learning Mentor to join their team.

* Supportive, collaborative team - work alongside experienced SEN professionals
* Focus on development beyond academics - social skills, emotional wellbeing, and independence
* Truly rewarding work - see tangible progress in the students you support
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work or similar)
* Understanding of ASC and/or ADHD (desirable but not essential)
* Calm, patient, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
