Job Title:HR Administrator (Temporary 4-6 months)
Working Hours:9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Pay Rate:£12.21 per hour
Location:Crawley – Hybrid working
First Recruitment Services is looking for an organised and motivated Temporary HR Administrator to join the Employee Relations team in a dynamic office setting. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop their HR career, offering excellent exposure to a wide range of ER processes and administrative responsibilities.
HR Administrator Duties:
* To provide administrative support to the Employee Relations team.
* Preparing and issuing standard letters, documentation and meeting packs.
* Maintaining accurate and confidential filing systems and ER case spreadsheets.
* Schedule and Co-ordinate meetings, interviews and hearings.
* Diary management and room booking.
* Assisting the HR Team in relation to logging and monitoring cases on the ER case management system.
* Responding to queries relating to ER and redirecting as and when appropriate.
Experience and Qualifications:
* GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English.
* Experience working within an administrative role.
* Ability to organise and have excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
* Competent in Microsoft Office.
* Understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
