Responsibilities
* Create great customer experiences from initial contact to handover of the new car.
* Build and demonstrate deep product knowledge and brand passion to represent the brand with excellence.
* Championship of the sales process: manage new and used car enquiry leads, build rapport, convert appointments into sales, and maximise leads.
* Deliver a complete, unique package: upsell accessories, extended warranty and finance packages.
* Provide fair financial advice and services in compliance with FCA regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
* Passion for the automotive industry and the people served.
* Commitment to personal ownership, fair customer treatment and continuous learning in a regulated environment.
* Confidence and experience with computer systems.
* Full UK driving licence.
