What you can expect:
You’ll receive abasic salary of £22,000, withuncapped commissionthat can comfortably deliver earningswell in excess of £43,000 OTE.
We also believe that great performance shouldn’t come at the expense of your personal time. You’ll work a40-hour week across five 8-hour shifts, typically working Saturdays (our busiest sales day), with aguaranteed day off during the week. Better still,we’re closed on Sundays, giving you a consistent day to relax, recharge and plan your week — every single week.
The role:
As a Sales Executive at Vertu BMW Bridgwater, you’ll be the face of a premium automotive brand, delivering an exceptional customer experience from the very first conversation through to vehicle handover.
You’ll guide customers through the entire sales journey, understanding their needs, offering expert product advice and creating a smooth, enjoyable buying experience. With a full onboarding programme and ongoing training, we’ll support you to succeed, grow your skills and maximise your earnings.
About you
We’re looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Sales Executive who already understands the automotive sales environment.
You will have:
* At least12 months’ experience as a Sales Executivewithin the automotive industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service}
