The Company This Tier 1 contractor deliver civil, building, mechanical and electrical renewals and maintenance that are underpinned by a suite of framework contracts including Network Rail, London Underground, Environment Agency, and Highways England to name a few. The Role You will be office based, with four director reports (Site Managers) supporting a Project Manager within a busy Buildings Asset Management Framework across the North West & Central rail routes. This is an exciting chance to join a thriving, fast-paced division delivering minor works on a high-volume, low-value basis. The role will focus on station infrastructure, buildings maintenance, and civils works under a long-term client framework. Portfolio of works would include; Station buildings & footbridges Tunnels, embankments & drainage Fencing, signage & vegetation clearance Reactive repairs and planned maintenance The key part of the role is the Planning and coordination of the works and working closely for the client.
