About the role
As Night Front Desk Supervisor, you will supervise night‑hour assistance to Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check‑in through check‑out. A Night Supervisor contributes to the first impressions of our guests.
You will join the Front Office team, working in the Reception area of the hotel.
Key responsibilities
* Supervise and deliver front office operations smoothly and efficiently.
* Deal with guests’ queries and complaints, creating memorable experiences for guests and colleagues.
* Coaching and supporting front office staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
* Maintain front desk operational standards and support all night‑shift business functions.
Qualifications & requirements
* Ambitious hotelier with some experience leading a team, or ready for your first leadership position.
* Passion for exceptional customer service.
* Excellent communication, coaching and problem‑solving skills.
* Experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of front‑office operations.
* Ability to work independently and follow hotel policies and procedures.
