Job Description
HR Manager – £37k-£40k, permanent position, hybrid working. Location, Cannock (Headquarters) with a day each week at other sites.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify, articulate and implement HR standards across the Group
2. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives across all sites
3. Collaborate with the CEO and senior management team to shape organisational culture and drive business performance improvements
4. Provide regular updates and insights to the UK Senior Management Team on HR metrics, trends and initiatives
5. Identify, articulate and implement HR standards across the Group
6. Develop and maintain a comprehensive system for monitoring HR standards and performance indicators
7. Prepare and present regular reports to the CEO and Senior Management Team on HR performance, challenges and opportunities
8. Design and implement policies to reduce sickness and absence rates across all sites
9. Work closely with site managers to address attendance issues effectively
10. Provide guidance on health and well-being initiatives to support employees
11. Conduct regular assessments of working conditions across all sites
