Your new role
As apliance and data administrator, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day activities. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Handling iing phone calls and acting as the first point of contact for clients and engineers.
2. Scheduling engineers and coordinating appointments.
3. Assisting in building and maintaining the CRM system.
4. Supporting efforts to achieve additional industry accreditations.
5. Working closely with engineers and liaising with clients to ensure smooth operations.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Proven experience in an administrative,pliance, or data management role.
7. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
8. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy.
10. Strong written and verbalmunication skills.
Desirable Criteria
11. Experience supporting ISO 9001 or other management system frameworks.
12. Knowledge of Health & Safetypliance and documentation.
13. Familiarity with Power BI, data analysis, or CRM systems.
14. Experience in the energy, engineering, or construction sector.
