Founded in 1850 under the name J.A Pattinson, then R.G Pattinson from 1936 and from 1973 South Cumbria Construction Ltd we are a family-run Windermere based construction company with over 175 years of experience delivering traditional craftsmanship, quality workmanship, and dependable project delivery across the Cumbria area.

Labourer
As a well-established construction company in the Windermere area an opportunity has arisen for an experienced and reliable labourer to join our team.
The position requires taking on everything from waste removal and ground works to assisting with our other skilled operatives. You will work both independently and as part of a team and complete works to a high-quality finish.
Duties
* Assisting trades on site
* Loading/unloading materials and equipment
* Keeping work areas clean and safe
* Following instructions from site supervisors
* General site labouring tasks
Requirements
* Experience on building sites/ labouring
* Enthusiastic to learn skills from other trades
* Full clean UK driving licence (with no bans within the last 10 years) is essential as use of a company van is required.
* Good timekeeping and reliability essential
* Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
* You must be able to prove your eligibility to work in the UK

Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday between 8:00am – 4:30pm
A valid CSCS card is preferred but not essential.
