We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer. The individual must be flexible with daily tasks and provide a range of services and advice related to Health, Fitness, and Well-being for all visitors and members of the Fitness Suite at The Redgrave Sports Centre, Marlow. Alongside contributing to promotional campaigns for the Sports Centre, the role will involve encouraging more people to adopt a healthy and active lifestyle. There is also potential for the right candidate to teach group exercise classes if suitably qualified.
You must be qualified to a minimum REPS level 2 or equivalent. Level 3 qualification is desirable. Please see the job description for further information.
The Redgrave Sports Centre
The Redgrave Sports Centre is a purpose-built complex managed by a highly qualified, experienced team of staff dedicated to providing excellent service and support for all users. The centre features a brand new floodlit all-weather pitch suitable for hockey and football, six tennis courts (three of which are also used for netball), a large basketball court, and high-quality grass fields for football, rugby, and youth football pitches. Indoors, there are four courts in the sports hall suitable for various games, and a state-of-the-art fitness centre equipped with the latest Technogym equipment and technology.
The fitness centre includes features such as a fully loaded audio/visual system, internet access, iPod and iPhone connectivity, and the Technogym Kinesis range. There is a fully equipped free weights section and an ARKE station designed to build strength, stability, and resilience. Adjacent to the fitness centre is a large dance studio with equipment for group exercise classes and dance groups.
