The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering large-scale new build projects for reputable main contractors, with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to site management.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day site operations
Driving programme, quality, and health & safety standards
Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
Working closely with the Project Manager and commercial team
Ensuring successful project delivery from build phase through to completion
Requirements:
Strong background with recognised main contractors
Experience on major new build projects (£30m+ ideally)
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid essential
Stable career history with demonstrable project success
