You’ll be partnering with leaders, supporting employees, navigating complex employee relations matters, improving processes, and ensuring the people agenda keeps moving forward while the business continues to grow.
What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and senior stakeholders
* Managing employee relations cases with confidence and pragmatism
* Reviewing and improving HR policies and processes
* Coaching managers on best practice people management
* Ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation
* Leading HR projects and delivering practical solutions
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner
* Strong UK employment law knowledge
* Comfortable handling complex employee relations cases independently
* A proactive, hands‑on approach
* Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
* CIPD qualification preferred but not essential
