About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team and oversee multiple projects within the UK water industry. This is a key leadership role ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation) experience and a proven ability to manage complex site operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage site activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and project specifications.
* Supervise construction, fabrication, and MEICA installation works.
* Liaise with clients and report progress to senior management.
* Attend design and commissioning meetings, ensuring works align with drawings and technical requirements.
* Monitor costs, progress, and quality control across all civil and MEICA works.
* Maintain site documentation, including Temporary Works Registers and CDM compliance.
* Deliver toolbox talks and promote a strong health & safety culture.
* Coordinate workforce and subcontractors, resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* CSCS Card
* UK Driving Licence
* MEICA-related training or certification (desirable)
* Temporary Works Supervisor / A61 Appointed Person (desirable)
Skills & Experience:
* Strong MEICA knowledge and experience in managing site operations.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results.
* Commercial awareness and understanding of engineering principles.
* Knowledge of DSEAR environments and ATEX compliance.
