Quality Manager (Apprenticeships, Adults, Partnerships & Corporate Services) – Swindon (North Star Campus and Queens Drive Campus)
Salary: £41,748 - £44,619 per annum
As a Quality Manager you will bring clarity, consistency and a touch of brilliance to our provision across apprenticeships, adult learning, partnerships and corporate services.
Responsibilities
* Lead continuous quality improvement across apprenticeships, adult learning, partnerships and corporate services
* Track achievement, retention and destination data, identifying opportunities for improvement
* Design and implement a Corporate Services Quality Framework
* Manage the Self-Assessment and Quality Improvement Plan processes
* Collaborate with curriculum leaders, quality teams and external partners to ensure a top-tier learner experience
* Support inspections and external quality assurance visits and stay inspection-ready
* Manage the college\'s complaints and compliments process with fairness and timeliness
Experience & Qualifications
* Proven experience working in apprenticeships (essential)
* Experience in adult learning, partnerships or corporate services quality (desirable – training and support can be provided)
* A Level 5 teaching qualification and strong data, detail and deadline orientation
* Calm, clear communicator capable of building relationships across teams and external stakeholders
* Creative thinker who views quality as a culture, not just a checklist
* Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and continuous improvement
Note: Apprenticeship experience is an essential requirement. Training and development can be provided for other areas of responsibility if needed.
