Key Responsibilities of the Employment Lawyer role: A highly reputable Local Authority in the South East is seeking an Employment Lawyer to join their friendly team on a shared service arrangement. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a supportive team on a full-time or part-time basis. The Employment Lawyer would ideally have the following characteristics; Providing support and advice to HR Department on employment related matters including TUPE, Redundancy, Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination, and Maternity, pensions Preparing Employment Tribunal cases for Claimant and Respondent to tight deadlines and providing representation at the Hearing The role will be a remote working arrangement besides some ad hoc attendance in the office.
