MTrec Technical are proudly representing our prestigious manufacturing client, based in the Cheltenham area with their plans for growth and internal expansion. We are supporting their recruitment by recruiting a permanent site manager, to join their team.
A successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the onsite service teams.
The role will be working a permanent day shift, 07:30-16:00 Monday to Friday.

The Job You'll Do
* Manage and action all activities required of the onsite services for the client
* Management of onsite service teams and allocation of activities to team members.
* Performing essential works on production machinery to agreed planned maintenance schedules
* Perform coolant and wash cleanouts weekly.
* Condition monitoring and control of fluids and plant equipment, and reporting using the company in‑house system.
* Manage fluid waste streams to safe disposal off‑site.
* Customer liaison and assisting in operational meetings.
* Follow strictly practices and procedures laid down including 5s and Health & Safety.
About You
* Experience of working in a mechanical, chemical or production environment in a supervisory or management capacity.
* Possesses a willingness to be adaptable and flexible.
* The ability to self‑motivate and work with minimal supervision.
* Previous experience within a similar position.
* This is a 'hands on' position and demands a willingness to be adaptable and flexible with the ability to be self‑motivated and work with minimal supervision.
* Must be PC literate.
* Have excellent communication skills
