We are looking for a motivated HR Administrator to join our busy HR team and play a key role in supporting our people across the employee lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1+ year(s) of HR administration experience and ideally a CIPD level 3 qualification (or working towards) who want to develop their career in HR. The role is working to stringent deadlines whilst managing a high volume, sometimes challenging and varied workload. Ensuring service users are provided with key information and support on all HR and recruitment processes.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills required:
* GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
* A levels, BTEC or equivalent ideally in a Business related subject
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
* Willing to work towards CIPD Level 5 in the future
Skills
* Previous HR administrative experience (ideally 1+ year)
* A strong communicator with a professional, approachable manner.
* Excellent written communication skills
* Strong organisational skills, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
* Team-oriented mind-set with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Supporting the on boarding and off boarding process for all employees
* Assisting with recruitment activity, including advertising roles and liaising with agencies and managers, booking interviews and giving feedback.
* Being the first point of contact for day-to-day employee queries.
* Providing accurate note-taking for employee relations meetings.
* Maintaining HR records and supporting with projects and initiatives.
