SITE MANAGER – HIGH-END OFFICE FIT OUT

We are seeking a highly capable Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-end office fit out project in the heart of Stockport. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a fast-paced, premium commercial interior scheme with a dynamic and experienced project team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily site operations to ensure project is delivered on time, to spec, and within budget
* Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and on-site logistics
* Maintain high standards of health & safety, site cleanliness, and quality assurance
* Conduct and document regular site inspections and progress meetings
* Liaise closely with the Project Manager, design team, and client representatives
Required Certifications:
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid at Work
* Asbestos Awareness
* Fire Marshal
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience managing commercial CAT A & CAT B fit out projects
* Ability to read drawings, coordinate trades, and drive a quality finish
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* A proactive and organised individual who thrives under pressure
