Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales Executive based in Chesterfield. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing expert advice on vehicle options, and guiding them through the car‑buying process. Additional tasks include maintaining strong customer relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and staying informed about the latest vehicle features and promotions. The candidate will work collaboratively with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive business success.
Qualifications
* Proven ability in Sales, Customer Service, and Relationship Management
* Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
* Knowledge of Automotive Products or a strong passion for the motor industry
* Target‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications
* Valid UK driving licence
* Experience in sales within the automotive industry is an advantage but not essential
