Key Skills and Qualifications to succeed in this role: * Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales or account management, particularly within the freight or logistics industry. * Road Freight Knowledge: Understanding of international road freight processes, customs regulations, and transportation systems is a bonus. * Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities, both verbally and in writing. * Organisational Skills: Strong time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive work culture. * Driven & Motivated: Passionate about sales and eager to grow your skillset. * Qualifications: GCSE Grade 3 or above in English and Maths. Key duties & Responsibilities: As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities in the international road freight sector. You will be responsible for: * Identifying Sales Opportunities: Research and target new clients within various industries, offering tailored road transport solutions for their logistics needs. * Client Meetings & Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging online meetings and phone calls with potential clients, presenting customised solutions and closing deals. * Developing New Client Pipelines: Proactively build a portfolio of new clients in key regions, focusing on cross-border freight services. * Building Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional post-sales support to ensure repeat business and satisfaction. * Market Insights: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, using this knowledge to adjust sales strategies. * Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure the seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations. * Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and revenue in our CRM system to track progress and success.
