This role is ideal for someone who excels in operational excellence. As an HR Administrator, you will play a central role in ensuring our HR processes, data and systems operate smoothly and consistently. You’ll also have opportunities to observe and learn from HRBPs to support your longer term career ambitions, while remaining firmly focused on operational delivery in the present. What you’ll do Strengthen our collaborative and service driven culture Act as a friendly, professional point of contact for HR administration queries Build strong working relationships across HR and wider business teams Promote the use of employee self service and help ensure a consistent global HR experience Share knowledge, support colleagues and contribute to team initiatives Shadow HRBPs on selected activities to broaden business understanding for future development Model a positive, solutions-focused approach in all interactions Deliver excellence in HR execution Maintain accurate employee records and uphold data integrity Manage offboarding and leaver processing professionally and on time Prepare payroll changes and collaborate with payroll partners to ensure accuracy Support HR reporting, audits, compliance and governance activity Assist with HR system enhancements and wider process improvement projects Proactively identify and escalate risks, data issues or workflow gaps Onboarding and other contractual changes Take ownership of tasks end-to-end, consistently delivering high standards What you’ll bring Essential Strong customer service mindset Excellent organisation skills and exceptional attention to detail Clear, confident and professional communication Ability to handle information with confidentiality and discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systems A proactive, solutions-focused attitude Desirable Experience in HR administration or shared service environments Familiarity with HR systems and digital workflows An interest in developing towards an HR Business Partner role in the future Equiom Group – Let’s Achieve More, Together For over 45 years, we’ve been helping high-net-worth individuals and international businesses bring their ambitions to life.
