Build to Rent Property Sales Executive – Stockport - £30,000 basic DOE - OTE £60k

In this role, you will play a crucial role in all aspects of property sales, focusing on lead generation and ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial contact to completion.
What you’ll be doing
* Engaging with developers across the UK to pitch their prop-tech services in build-to-rent
* Arrange and conduct meetings with developers to pitch services and close deals
* Manage the entire sales process from negotiation to completion, working closely with clients and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction
* Provide regular reports on lead generation progress, opportunities, and challenges, allowing for data-driven decision-making
What you will have
* Proven sales experience within Property/Estate Agency/Investment
* B2B sales account management experience
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Full UK driving licence and own car
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching and exceeding targets
* A passion for the property investment and a desire to learn and grow in this field
