We are now very excited to grow that team further by hiring a new Sales Executive to focus on overseeing sales opportunities in the charities and housing sector.


What will you be doing?

1. Sales – responsible for generating sales opportunities with new and existing accounts within the charities and housing sector, including licensing, solutions, and managed services. This involves attending customer meetings, conference calls, and contributing to RFI/RFP processes.
2. Management – inspire sales staff and customers, build long-lasting relationships, and help clients improve their Public Sector IT agendas, fostering transformation and trust in Phoenix as a strategic partner.

What are we looking for?

Proven experience in IT solutions sales within a reseller or consultancy environment.


Key Skills:

* Excellent rapport building and organisational skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills, both face-to-face and virtual
* Technical ability to prepare demos, dashboards, and reports for high-impact presentations
* Ability to prioritise under pressure and meet deadlines using initiative


Practical details

Location: HQ in Pocklington (YO42)

Hybrid working: Minimum two days per week in the office

Interview process: Two-stage interview following initial screening


Security clearance

All employees must pass a Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS) check. Offers are conditional upon passing this check.
