Location: Middlesbrough area (local candidates strongly preferred)
Salary: £70,000–£80,000 + Van/Truck + Fuel Card + Benefits + Bonus

About the Opportunity
A well‑established, family‑run developer with over 30 years’ experience is seeking a hands‑on Site Manager with a strong housing background, specifically in traditional masonry construction (brick and block). With more than five years of secured work already in the pipeline, this role offers long-term stability and genuine progression without corporate red tape.
About the Projects
You’ll take responsibility for the live delivery of an 87‑unit residential scheme, with 20 homes already completed. The next project will follow directly: a multi‑phase development of 150 units, plus retail and light industrial elements. Both sites sit close to the company’s head office, providing rapid support and decision-making from a tight-knit leadership team.
What We’re Looking For
* A local Site Manager (Middlesbrough / Teesside area).
* Strong experience in residential housing construction, particularly brick & block / traditional masonry build.
* Ideally from a housebuilder background, though experienced candidates from similar sectors will also be considered.
* A safe pair of hands - dependable, organised, and quality‑driven.
* Someone comfortable running sites autonomously, solving problems practically, and maintaining high standards of health & safety.
* A hands-on, practical leader who works well with trades and builds respect on site.
