Sales Executive – Lexus Swindon, Swindon, UK
Salary: £19,750 - £65,000 yearly

Responsibilities
* Listen and talk to customers to uncover their needs and build trust and rapport
* Be curious to learn and become fluent in Lexus’s products and services to use knowledge in sales conversations
* Match customer to product and maximise opportunities through features and add-ons
* Guide customers, advise them, and adapt to their buying strategy while demonstrating suitable options
* Encourage customers to experience the product through test drives
* Ensure customer issues are resolved along the customer journey
* Maximise opportunities for sales leads via multiple channels: follow-up calls, enquiries, walk-in customers and online queries
* Maintain a results-focused approach with a focus on solutions
* Be open to change, new processes and ideas to credibly respond to customers and qualify expectations
* Collaborate with colleagues across the business to provide seamless service and ensure follow-up by appropriate experts (e.g., Fleet sales)
Qualifications
* Location of Centre
* A full UK driving licence
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Flexible to work hours and travel to training sessions
* Professional appearance and high standards of verbal and written communication
Experience And Skills
* Good level of general education – GCSE English and Maths; A Levels or equivalent preferred
* Good IT skills (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and social media skills
* Previous experience within an automotive sales environment
* Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport with customers
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong customer service orientation in a high-pressure environment
* Analytical and quick thinking
