To be responsible for all project quality matters including reviewing conformity to contract requirements and the control of non conformity. 1.2. To create, maintain and develop the Project Quality Plan including project strategy for "progressive" assurance and defect management. 1.3. To be responsible for assuring the project to meet HTUK and the client's requirements including Management of the project Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and design and implementation of the project specific processes to ensure that these are produced, reviewed, actioned, checked and delivered. 1.4. To give advice on, and create, where necessary, project process documentation. (QCP) 1.5. To create and maintain a project audit and surveillance schedule and ensure that this schedule is properly reviewed and actioned by suitably qualified personnel. 1.6. To control site non conformity and ensure that this is identified, recorded and resolved. 1.7.
