About the role

Salary: up to £32,400/annum. On Target Earnings + Oyster Card + Incentives.
Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Territory: South Central London.
We’re seeking a passionate and proactive individual to join our convenience field sales team, representing Molson Coors – one of the world’s most celebrated brewing brands. In this consultative role you’ll become a trusted advisor to convenience and independent retailers, forging strong relationships with key decision‑makers. Through strategic consultation, you will work closely with stores to understand their needs and educate retailers about the unique value of Molson Coors premium brands, providing tailored recommendations and delivering impactful solutions that drive growth.
Responsibilities
* Become a trusted advisor to convenience and independent retailers.
* Forge strong relationships with key decision‑makers.
* Understand retailers’ needs and provide tailored recommendations.
* Deliver impactful solutions that drive growth for Molson Coors premium portfolio within London.
* Collaborate with your team to create lasting partnerships and achieve sales targets.
Compensation & Benefits
* £27,000 per annum + 20% KPI‑based bonus opportunity (up to £34,400 OTE).
