Role Overview:
We are seeking proactive, entrepreneurial Business Developers (BDs) to join us on a commission-only basis. This is an exciting opportunity for high-energy sellers who thrive on autonomy and have the drive to build new client relationships in the HR/consulting space. You will represent Thamesis Consulting, generate new business opportunities, and help shape the growth of our firm.
What You’ll Do:
• Identify, engage, and develop new business leads and opportunities
• Build and nurture strong client relationships with decision-makers
• Present and position Thamesis Consulting services to prospective clients
• Drive the full business development cycle from outreach to close
• Work collaboratively with leadership to refine propositions and go-to-market approaches
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline visibility
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition (consulting, professional services, recruitment or HR services preferred)
• Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Strong commercial acumen and an ability to deliver results
• Familiarity with HR, organisational advisory, or talent acquisition markets is a plus
