Responsibilities
* Work with the Cluster Commercial Director or Cluster Marketing Manager to set and implement the marketing strategy.
* Execute decisions in agreement with the Cluster Marketing Manager or Cluster Commercial Director as directed.
* Manage multichannel online marketing including SEO, email marketing, web content, social media, and press releases.
* Ensure accurate hotel representation across quality internet sites and online travel agents.
* Coordinate photo requirements and opportunities.
* Maintain the marketing database for F&D (e.g. Seven Rooms).
* Drive F&D marketing initiatives for relevant outlets supported by the Cluster Marketing Manager.
* Manage offline marketing, including the design and production of brochures, posters, and other materials.
* Provide creative tools to support departmental sales efforts (events, weddings, F&B, etc.).
* Maintain internal communications and liaise with Head Office to identify and advertise promotional opportunities.
* Analyse and report on KPIs and digital analytics supported by the Cluster Marketing Manager.
* Provide information required by the Cluster Commercial Director or Cluster Marketing Manager to manage the marketing budget and ensure ROI on activities.
Required Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing or Hotel Management, or equivalent experience in hospitality marketing.
* Strategic, analytical, and solution‑oriented thinking.
* Ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
* Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS).
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a marketing or commercial role in the hotel industry.
