My client are a regional civil engineering and construction business. They are looking to onboard a site manager to assist in the delivery of multiple schemes in the North West working on a valued clients framework. The ideal candidate will have experience within the water sector.
Site manager responsibilities:
* Day to day site management.
* Managing plant, labour and materials.
* Daily diaries.
* Material procurement.
* Managing health and safety.
* Early warning signs.
* Working alongside and reporting to the project and contract manager.
* Daily briefings.
* Liaising with the client, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
Site manager requirements:
* Right to work in the UK.
* NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
* CSCS card - Gold/ Black or White.
* SMSTS.
* First aid.
* TWC/ TWS - Desirable.
* Experience within the water sector.
* Knowledge and understanding of NEC contract 4.
* IT literate.
* Full UK driving licence.
