Position Purpose:
The Inside Auto Sales Executive represents the Automatic Sales’ interests of the company and promotes the organization positively to customers and prospects. They initiate first contact sales efforts for Shred-it document automatic destruction services, liaising with Account Executives for large value orders within the relevant territory.
Key Job Activities:
* Conduct high-volume sales calls (outbound and inbound), soliciting services for one-off and regular contracted services, meeting targeting metrics.
* Manage a pipeline of prospective automatic customers and new lead referrals through efficient task management.
* Maintain accurate records of activities and prospects using Salesforce CRM.
* Achieve or exceed activity and productivity targets.
* Negotiate sales following designated processes and company policies.
* Review goals with the Sales Team Leader to ensure targets are met.
* Stay updated on market conditions, competitors, and business trends to enhance Shred-it's market position.
* Provide feedback to sales leadership based on customer insights.
* Promote a positive, professional sales attitude and uphold high standards for customer service, security, and environmental consciousness.
* Be a Subject Matter Expert on the full range of Shred-it services.
Education:
Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Associate's degree or equivalent; university/college education or relevant sales experience preferred.
Experience (EMEAA):
0-1 year of experience required; basic knowledge preferred. Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM, is desirable. Must have excellent time management, organizational skills, and a results-oriented attitude. Ability to operate under pressure in a competitive telesales environment.
Certifications and/or Licenses:
Driver's License required.
