Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automated Developer with mid-level experience in Blue Prism to join our automation delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying automated processes in line with best practices, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable automation solutions. This role requires working closely with business analysts, process owners, and other stakeholders to transform manual processes into efficient, automated workflows. Due to the nature of the work, the role requires current SC clearance.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand process requirements and translate them into functional automation solutions.
* Design, build, configure, and test automation processes using Blue Prism in accordance with the agreed design principles and standards.
* Develop reusable Blue Prism objects and components to support scalable automation.
* Participate in process analysis, feasibility studies, and proof-of-concept (PoC) activities.
* Maintain and enhance existing Blue Prism automations to meet evolving business requirements.
* Ensure all automation is developed with appropriate exception handling, logging, and monitoring capabilities.
* Work closely with infrastructure teams to ensure Blue Prism environments are maintained, patched, and secure.
* Conduct peer code reviews and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with standards.
* Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process definitions, technical design documents, and operational guides.
* Provide second-line support for automation issues, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
* Adhere to security protocols and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with SC clearance requirements.

This role at Amber Labs is a 12 Month salary based FTC and all employees are required to meet SC Clearance. Please be advised that, at this time, we are unable to consider candidates who require sponsorship or hold a visa of any type.
