Job Description
Working with the wider HR team, the duties of this role will include but are not limited too:
* Responsible for managing the employee on boarding process
* Issuing offer letters and contracts of employment
* Ensure all new starters are compliant, carrying out right to work checks, assisting with DBS checks & referencing etc
* Managing the process for leavers
* Work closely with the payroll department, communicating any changes
* Ensuring the HR system and employee files are up to date
* Respond to queries from employees and managers ensuring that the HR shared mailbox is managed effectively.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working in HR and issuing contracts of employment is essential
* Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
* Comfortable using HR software
* Outstanding attention to detail
* Organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
Additional Information
This is a 12 month fixed term contract based in our Surbiton HQ.
* Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience
* 22 days’ holiday per year
