HR Officer urgently required for a West-End based Regulatory Body. The role is mainly remote based. 4 days at home with only 1 day in the office – on a Thursday. Office is near Chancery Lane. Working 35 hrs per week, it pays £19.23 per hr (equivalent of £35 000), The role is for 3 -4 months temping. Possibly longer. We need someone who will be picking up operational issues, policy updates, sorting out contracts and reappointments for workers and generally getting stuck into the HR activities. The HR Officer will be responsible for providing high quality human resource advice and support across the organisation in a variety of challenging and complex scenarios. Duties will include: * Recruitment and On-boarding. * Leading on the management and delivery recruitment and selection processes. * Employee Relations. * Provide operational advice to managers on the full range of HR issues. * Support disciplinary and grievance processes. * HR Reporting. * Review and draft HR policies and procedures. * HR Policies and Procedures. * Provide operational guidance.
