Through our Visual Experience Platform and its 4 key modules (Digital Asset Management, Visual AI, Portals, and Dynamic Media Optimization), we empower 1,300+ clients, including Leclerc, Michelin, Hyundai, Costa Coffee, Metro, SeLoger, and the European Space Agency.

As we continue to scale rapidly with ~30% of new business generated from partners, we are expanding our international team and seeking a Channel Account Manager for Northern Europe and North America. The ideal candidate should be based in Paris, Lyon or London with a hybrid work rhythm allowed.

Specific responsibilities

As Partnerships and New Business Developer focusing on the Northern Europe and North American markets, your mission will be to create and grow a portfolio of 30+ partners who will help generate a maximum of commercial opportunities for the Sales team. Among our partners are Digital Agencies, Consulting Groups, IT Companies or SaaS Vendors integrating, referring or reselling the Scaleflex solutions across various verticals e.g. E-Commerce, News & Media, Real Estate and Hospitality. You will benefit from a best-in-class stack of sales tools to exceed your sales targets (Reveal, SalesForce, Apollo, Hubspot, etc.). You can also rely on a top-notch Marketing team to help you grow our presence in the ecosystem.

Your main missions and responsibilities:

* Support the VP Alliances to execute Partner development strategies, initiatives and activities in Northern Europe and North America.
* Support the VP Alliances in maintaining and evolving the partner program, contracts portal to increase lead generation/conversion while keeping clear rules of engagement with partners.
* Work closely with the Account Executives in your Territory in building a joint strategy to generate new business.
* Regularly call, meet and map common accounts with the Partners to activate lead detection and sales opportunities.
* Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market by attending events, identifying and connecting with key potential Partners to work as ambassadors, referrers, or resellers.
* Work in collaboration with the Marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns with your Partners to generate qualified leads and recruit new Partners.
* Enable your Partners’ sales teams to grow Scaleflex’ footprint and activate more business opportunities (partner update sessions, sales training, etc.).
* Regularly report to the VP Alliances on your Partners’ performance and business plan achievement.
* Regularly update the Sales Team and the Partners on common pipeline and open deals.


Requirements

Our Team is built around people with a strong entrepreneur culture and can-do attitude. We love people being able to “do something out of nothing” and strive to get better every day. In order to fit with our culture, you must be/have:

* A relevant Master’s degree in BA.
* 3-5 years of experience as a Partner Manager or Business Developer with a track record of achieving sales targets.
* 2+ years experience in a digital ecosystem: SaaS, Cloud, Martech, E-Commerce, etc.
* Languages: native English + professional German is a plus (6+ languages spoken at Scaleflex).
* Outstanding communication and objection handling skills, you can handle negotiations with C-Level executives.
* A pure sales profile motivated to reach targets and beyond. You don’t easily give up and you are known to be resilient/competitive.
* Organized and disciplined when tracking pipeline, sensitive information and org charts in a CRM.
* You are a team player and enjoy collaborating with both the Sales and Marketing teams.

Hiring process

After a first intro call with our VP Alliances, you’ll meet with the Chief of Sales in the 2nd round. What we expect from you is to prepare the best pitch you can for Scaleflex and answer a few questions about your understanding of our market and new business strategies. A 3rd round with the SEMEA Partner Manager and AE to discuss tactics and operational teamwork to make our partner ecosystem an impactful leverage for new business.
