Site Manager – Residential Projects
Location: Maidenhead
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee residential construction projects based in Maidenhead, including new build and refurbishment schemes.
This role suits a hands-on Site Manager with a strong residential background who can deliver quality homes safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
*
Full day-to-day management of residential construction sites
*
Managing subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers
*
Ensuring works are delivered to programme, budget, and specification
*
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site presentation
*
Overseeing quality control and snagging processes
*
Coordinating with project managers, design teams, and clients
*
Conducting site meetings and reporting progress
Requirements
*
Proven experience delivering residential projects as a Site Manager
*
Strong understanding of build quality, finishes, and sequencing
*
Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations
*
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple trades
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid essential
*
Experience working on residential developments
