I am recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a high-quality traditional build housing development in Bourne. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering top-class homes and wants to be part of a site aiming for industry recognition and awards.
The Role:
As Site Manager, you’ll take full ownership of delivering a well-run, safe and high-performing development. You’ll be leading from the front, ensuring build quality, programme and customer satisfaction stay at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations on a traditional build housing site
*
Manage trades, contractors and site teams to maintain quality and progress
*
Ensure all work meets safety, compliance and build standards
*
Drive site excellence with the ambition to achieve industry awards
*
Work closely with the wider production and technical teams
*
Maintain excellent relationships with customers, subcontractors and colleagues
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in the residential housing sector
*
Background in traditional build is essential
*
Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills

A passion for high standards and delivering award-winning schemes
