Overview
We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic HR and Payroll Administrator to join our friendly and proactive team. The role involves day‑to‑day payroll processing and supporting the HR and OD team.
Responsibilities
* Process payroll timesheets, contracts, pensions, mileage claims and working pattern updates.
* Handle payroll queries and maintain a confident and professional approach.
* Support other HR services as appropriate.
Qualifications
* Experience working in a busy HR admin and payroll service.
* Strong coordination, organisation and administration skills.
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate across channels.
* Practical knowledge of core HR practices for recruitment and onboarding is beneficial.
* Fixed‑term basis only.
