Site Manager - Fire Protection Location: London & Surrounding Areas Employment Type: Full‑time Salary: Competitive, based on experience About the Role We're seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in fire protection to oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple active sites. You'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Site supervision - Lead and coordinate fire‑protection installation teams across active projects. Health & Safety compliance - Ensure all works comply with UK fire safety regulations, RAMS, and company procedures. Quality assurance - Conduct inspections, snagging, and sign‑offs to maintain high installation standards. Client liaison - Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Scheduling & reporting - Manage daily site records, progress reports, and workforce planning. Material & resource management - Ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and used efficiently. Team leadership - Motivate and guide installation teams to deliver safe, compliant work.
