Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role offers an exciting chance to work within a fast-paced environment, utilising your sales expertise to contribute to the company's growth. The product is designer radiators and the target market is tradesmen such as plumbers and builders. There will also be a requirement to drive the plumbing side of the business, contract work from letting agents and facilities management is what we would like to build on.
Duties
* Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through telemarketing and direct outreach
* Manage and update client information using CRM to provide reports.
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
* Develop customised sales proposals tailored to client needs
* Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
* Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Proficiency in telemarketing techniques and CRM software, particularly Salesforce
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and understand their business needs
* Self-motivated, proactive, with a positive attitude towards achieving goals
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
